灌溉 佛罗里达州(以下简称佛州——译者)全年降雨主要集中在6～9月,加之佛州的沙质土无法持久保持大量水分。因此,灌溉几乎可以说是佛州柑桔最基本的管理手段,尤其是在冬末、春季和初夏的旱季中。柑桔展叶、开花、着果和果实初期膨大过程适逢旱季,此期灌溉对柑桔有益,而且普遍认为成年树此时土壤含水量应保持在田间持水量的2/3或更高,其余季节对土壤含水量要求不高,一般能够保持在田间持水量的1/3～1/2就足够了。
