为分析25 kW碟式太阳能镜面风荷系数的大小,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的分析方法.基于三维造型软件Pro/E建立了25 kW碟式太阳能旋转抛物面模型,结合Fluent软件对碟式太阳能镜面的风荷系数进行了数值计算,并对镜面的压强和风流场的流速进行了仿真分析.得到碟式太阳能镜面在不同方位角和高度角下的力和力矩系数以及镜面表面的压力分布和流速分布.结果表明:采用流体动力学分析方法计算出的风荷系数可以为碟式太阳能结构设计和镜面受载变形提供重要的参数依据和指导意义.
In order to analyze the wind load coefficient of 25 kW dish solar mirror, a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis method was used.A 25 kW disc solar rotating paraboloid model was established based on the 3D modeling software Pro / E, The wind load coefficient of the solar mirror is numerically calculated and the pressure of the mirror surface and the flow velocity of the wind flow field are simulated and analyzed.The force and moment coefficients of the solar panel at different azimuths and angles and the pressure distribution on the mirror surface And the velocity distribution.The results show that the wind load coefficient calculated by hydrodynamic analysis method can provide important parameter basis and guiding significance for the design of dish solar structure and the deformation of mirror.
