世界政治法律化理论产生于上世纪末国际关系与国际法跨学科研究。这一理论产生后,西方学界在基本理论和具体问题领域方面都取得了丰硕成果,但也存在一些不足。中国理论界对世界政治法律化理论的研究刚刚起步,主要还处于翻译和介绍西方学者的成果的阶段。随着中国国际政治经济地位的提升,中国学界有必要加强世界政治法律化理论研究,为中国参与世界政治法律化进程提供更多知识支持。
The theory of world political law came into being in the inter-disciplinary study of international relations and international law at the end of the last century. After the theory came into being, the western academic circles have achieved fruitful results in the fields of basic theory and specific problems, but there are also some shortcomings. Chinese theoretical circles have just begun the research on the theory of world political legalization, mainly in the stage of translating and introducing the achievements of western scholars. With the improvement of China’s international political and economic status, it is necessary for Chinese academics to strengthen the study of the legalization of world politics and provide more intellectual support for China’s participation in the process of world political law.
