“我们需要这样的武警村官,他们为社会主义新农村建设注入了活力,发挥的作用无法替代。”在新一年的警民恳谈会上,北海村支部书记张孝波说。2009年至今,营口边防支队共有19名边防警官兼任辖区19个行政村的党支部副书记。这些武警村官给村委会班子出谋划策,为百姓排忧解难,帮农民创业创收,在村“两委”年终民意测评中,19名武警村官全部被评为“群众满意村官”。
