随着高职院校招生规模的扩大,学生组织管理运行面临职能交叉,缺少统一协调等问题。为解决这些问题,结合上级主管部门对学生组织提出的新的管理要求,笔者尝试重构校级学生组织的管理模式,对校学生会的管理协调范围、主席团成员产生设置模式和学生委员会候选人推荐模式进行一定改革,并在重庆工程职业技术学院进行了实践,取得了一定效果。
With the expansion of the enrollment of higher vocational colleges, the students’ organization and management are faced with such problems as the overlapping of functions and the lack of unified coordination. In order to solve these problems, combined with the new management requirements put forward by the higher authorities on the student organizations, the author tries to reconstruct the management model of the school-level student organizations, the scope of the management and coordination of the students’ association, the setting mode of the presidium members and the recommendation of student board candidates Mode of a certain reform, and in Chongqing Engineering Polytechnic conducted a practice, and achieved some results.
