目的弄清蒙自市城区及城郊结合部自然村蚊虫媒介分布情况,为控制蚊媒传播疾病提供科学依据。方法在城区及城郊结合部按东、南、西、北、中方位各选取一个自然村用诱蚊灯法调查蚊子成虫,并在农户家中暂时性和永久性积水容器中吸出所有4龄蚊幼虫,同时选取部分医院、公园、废旧物品回收站、轮胎收购站调查蚊幼虫。结果蒙自市城区及城郊结合部自然村蚊媒介种类、密度不同;城南(世家寨)致倦库蚊成蚊密度高于城中(打靶场)、城东(大沙地)和城北(维新村),经统计学处理,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);城西(马站停)三带喙库蚊成蚊密度均数高于城南(世家寨)和城北(马站停),经统计学处理,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);周围环境差且有水的自然村蚊媒介种类多且密度高(χ~2=1 786,P<0.05);废旧物品及废旧轮胎收购站环境有利于伊蚊孳生繁殖(P<0.05)。结论蒙自市城区及城郊结合部自然村均有蚊媒介孳生繁殖,城郊结合部自然村蚊媒介孳生种类多且蚊密度高;废旧物品及废旧轮胎收购站布雷图指数(BI)较高。
Objective To understand the media distribution of mosquitoes in the natural villages in the urban area of Mengzi City and the suburbs and to provide a scientific basis for controlling mosquito-borne diseases. Methods Adult mosquitoes were selected by mosquito-lamp method in the eastern, southern, western, northern and central azimuths in urban and suburban areas, and all 4-year-old mosquito larvae were aspirated in temporary and permanent hydroponic containers At the same time, select some hospitals, parks, waste recycling station, tire acquisition station to survey mosquito larvae. Results The mosquito media and the density of natural villages in the urban area of Mengzi City and the suburbs were different. The density of adult mosquito in Cuijuaniai in Chengnan Zhai was higher than that in the city (shooting range), Chengdong (Dashadi) and Chengbei (P <0.05). The average density of adult mosquitoes of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Chengxi (Ma Zhan) was higher than that in Chengnan (Shijiazhai) and Chengbei (Ma Zhan), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were more mosquitoes in natural villages with poor surrounding environment and water density (χ ~ 2 = 1 786, P <0.05). Conclusion Mosquito-borne breeding occurs in the natural villages in the urban area of Mengzi City and in the suburbs of the suburbs, with mosquito-borne mosquito species and mosquito density in the natural villages in the suburbs, and a high Breeding Index (BI) of used goods and waste tire purchasing stations.
