目的：探讨氧氟沙星滴眼液在治疗细菌性结膜炎及角膜炎的临床效果。方法：通过对河南医科大学制药厂生产的氧氟沙星滴眼液和日本参天制药株式会社生产的同类产品泰利必妥滴眼液进行对比，临床观察共１１０ 例病人，观察病种为（ 细菌性结膜炎和细菌性角膜炎） 。结果：氧氟沙星滴眼液抗菌谱广、杀菌力强、对临床分离培养的１４１ 株细菌，高敏者１１７ 株，占８２－９８ ％ ，中敏６ 株，占４－２５ ％ ，低敏１８ 株，占１２－７７ ％ ，与其它６ 种临床常用抗生素相比，敏感率最高。提示：临床观察反映出对细菌性结膜炎及角膜炎的治疗国产氧氟沙星滴眼液与日本生产同类产品具有相同的效果及安全性，能在短时间内控制感染、减轻症状、改善体征。细菌学检查也能快速转阴，不失为眼科医生的理想药物。

Tip: clinical observations reflect the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis and keratitis Domestic ofloxacin eye drops produced in Japan and similar products with the same effect and safety, in a short period of time to control infection, reduce symptoms and improve signs .
