目的探讨6个月~2岁贫血儿童红细胞(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)的变化及临床意义。方法采用sysmexxs-800i全自动血细胞分析仪检测120例血红蛋白<110g/l的6个月~2岁儿童(贫血组)的红细胞(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW),并与100例血红蛋白>120g/l的6个月~2岁儿童(对照组)进行比较。结果与对照组比较,贫血组的红细胞(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)下降,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论6个月~2岁贫血儿童红细胞、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积、红细胞体积分布宽度存在明显异常,可根据以上指标进一步对儿童的营养进行评定。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of erythrocyte (RBC), hematocrit (HCT), mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and erythrocyte volume distribution (RDW) in children aged 6 months to 2 years old. Methods RBC, HCT and MCV of 120 children with hemoglobin <110g / l from 6 months to 2 years old (anemia group) were detected by sysmexxs-800i automatic hematology analyzer. Red blood cell volume distribution width (RDW), and with 100 cases of hemoglobin> 120g / l of 6 months to 2 years old children (control group) were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the RBC, HCT, MCV and RDW of the anemia group decreased significantly (p <0.05). Conclusion There is a significant abnormality of erythrocyte, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume and erythrocyte volume distribution in children aged 6 months to 2 years. Children’s nutrition can be further evaluated according to the above indexes.
