通常情况下,由于受开挖场地条件和外墙防水要求的限制,地铁站主体和出站口地下室外墙都是利用单侧支模,因而无法放置对拉螺栓控制混凝土的侧压力,这样就会出现跑模以及爆模的问题,进而加大了模板施工的难度。经过大量的实践表明,采用单侧模板支撑技术的应用能够有效的解决这方面的相关问题。并且这种技术具有受力合理、操作方便以及省工省料的特点,从而在实际当中应用比较广泛。基于此,本文对结合案例对于地铁单侧墙体模板支架施工技术进行了详细的探讨。
Normally, due to the restriction of excavation site conditions and external wall waterproofing requirements, the subway station main body and the outstreet basement exterior wall are all made of unilateral mold, so the lateral pressure on the control bolt can not be placed on the concrete. There will be running die and blasting problems, thereby increasing the difficulty of the template construction. After a lot of practice shows that the use of unilateral template support technology can effectively solve this problem. And this technology has the force reasonable, easy to operate and save labor and material characteristics, which in practice more widely used. Based on this, this article discusses in detail the construction technique of the single-wall metro formwork support in combination with the case.
