工艺过程的特点联邦德国伯威尔轻金属公司(BLW)摒弃了制造直伞齿轮的原始方法,拟订了精锻齿形的新工艺,从而发展了零件精密模锻工艺。该工艺能够制造出形状复杂的锻件并且与外形有关的内形尺寸为固定公差。目前,用精密模锻方法制造的同步器、联轴节和滑动叉零件,证实了该工艺的可行性及经济性。精锻后的零件表面不需要机械加工,它具有严格的公差和高的质量。精锻后零件表面与机械加工相比有一系列优越性:提高承载能力、形状选择的广泛可能性、减少金属的损耗。
Characteristics of the process The Federal Republic of Germany Burwell Light Metal Company (BLW) abandoned the original method of manufacturing straight bevel gears and developed a new process of forging toothed parts to develop a precision die forging process. The process enables the production of complex shaped forgings and the shape-related internal dimensions are fixed tolerances. Currently, the use of precision die forging method of manufacturing synchronizers, couplings and sliding fork parts, confirmed the feasibility of the process and economy. After forging the surface of the parts do not require machining, it has strict tolerances and high quality.
