农业发展银行浙江省分行自成立以来,牢固树立农业基础地位思想,坚持以农为本,优化贷款结构,加大农业综合开发力度,积极探索新形势下促进农业和农村经济持续快速健康发展的信贷模式。从1995年起,先后发放农业综合开发贷款1300万元,支持嘉兴市外荡精养规模开发和水产品市场建设,取得了“米袋子”、“菜篮子”、“钱袋子”共满的良好效益:其一,促进渔业生产,增加有效供给。1995年,嘉兴市开发外荡精养水域近5万亩,平均亩产鲜鱼达2600多公斤,比传统粗放型养殖成几十倍的提高。全市淡水鱼总产高达6.7万吨,产量和增幅都创造了历史最高纪录。不仅繁荣稳定了当地“菜蓝子”市场,还运销上海、杭州、苏州等大城市,提高了市场有效供给水平。
