个别后牙缺失久末修复,基牙向缺隙侧倾斜成倒凹过大。若同时伴有临床牙冠过短(牙合)面磨损,咬(牙合)过紧等,按常规可摘义齿及固定桥义齿修复设计有一定难度,设计固定桥义齿要切割过多的牙体组织,必要时还要去髓失活治疗。用可摘义齿修复其固位稳定性较差,咀嚼效率低。如何合理地修复这类倒凹过大缺牙,是我们探讨的课题。对此,我们设计了Co-Cr合金对半组合式后牙粘接桥。充分利用倾斜基牙倒凹过大的特点,在少磨牙的情况下即可设计完成。该粘接桥义齿分上下两部分,上半部分嵌合于下半部分上合为一整体粘接桥,制作完成的义齿其固位稳定性好,咀嚼功能好,仿真牙的功能较强,经临床应用效果是满意的,现将我们的设计及制作方法介绍如下:
