本文介绍心脏电生理参数自动测试中的关键技术——心电图波形的自动识别、预测和心脏刺激脉冲的控制发放的方法及软件设计思想。着重讨论用特征识别法对心电图波形进行特征点检测、定位和用预测定位法控制心脏程控刺激脉冲准确发放的工作原理和程序流程。所有软件均用MCS—51汇编语言编制完成,并已成功地在HSAA—Ⅰ型心脏电生理参数自动分析仪上运行。HSAA—Ⅰ分析仪的试验性临床使用证明上述技术性能良好。
This article introduces the key techniques in the automatic testing of cardiac electrophysiological parameters - the automatic identification and prediction of ECG waveforms and the control release of cardiac stimulating pulses and the software design. Emphatically discusses the working principle and program flow of using eigen-recognition method to detect and locate the characteristic points of the electrocardiogram waveform, and to control the accurate delivery of the heart-program-controlled stimulation pulse with the predictive positioning method. All software was compiled using the MCS-51 assembly language and has been successfully run on the HSAA-I Cardiac Auto-Parametric Analyzer. The experimental clinical use of the HSAA-I analyzer proves that the above technical performance is good.
