按WTO所规定的进程,2005年1月1日起欧盟、美国等发达国家将取消纺织品服装贸易领域的配额限制,国际纺织品服装贸易将进入WTO后配额时代,新的游戏规则将带来新的机会与挑战,国际纺织品服装贸易将面临重新洗牌。本文详尽分析了WTO后配额时代国际纺织品服装贸易的总体发展态势,我国该类出口企业将面临的新挑战,最后提出了应对新挑战的对策。
According to the process stipulated by WTO, from January 1, 2005, the developed countries such as the EU and the United States will abolish the quotas in the field of textile and apparel trade. The international textile and apparel trade will enter the post-WTO quota era. The new game rules will bring new Opportunities and challenges, the international textile and apparel trade will face reshuffle. This article analyzes in detail the overall development trend of the international textile and apparel trade after the WTO quota era, the new challenges our country’s export enterprises will face, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to meet the new challenges.
