党的十八大报告指出,依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,法治是治国理政的基本方式。本文认为,加强信访工作法治建设,推进信访工作制度化、规范化、法治化,进而使信访工作者运用法治思维,依据有关信访法律开展信访工作,是深刻领会贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届四中全会精神的必然要求,是加强和改进信访工作的重要举措。
