目的:探讨健康教育路径应用于肿瘤放疗患者的效果。方法:选取接受放射治疗的肿瘤患者208例,随机分为两组,对照组患者采取常规健康教育,观察组患者采取临床护理路径的模式进行健康教育。结果:观察组患者生活质量方面,在情绪、健康水平、放疗对患者的影响、认知功能、社会功能及复发担忧6个方面得分,均明显高于对照组;对健康教育知识、态度、行为及环境的认知能力,均明显高于对照组。两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对肿瘤放疗患者实施健康教育路径,是一种科学的健康教育方式。
Objective: To investigate the effect of health education on cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Methods: A total of 208 cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine health education and the observation group took the path of clinical nursing for health education. Results: The quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the aspects of emotion, health, radiotherapy on the patients, cognitive function, social function and relapse. The knowledge, attitude and behavior of health education And environmental cognitive ability, were significantly higher than the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of health education for cancer patients is a scientific way of health education.
