目的了解吸烟者手和烟用接装纸细菌污染状况,以便掌握细菌污染对吸烟者健康的危害。方法采用棉拭采样法和直接取接装纸,对吸烟者手和接装纸进行细菌学检验。结果经对100名吸烟者手检测,吸烟者手细菌污染超标率为87%,大肠菌群检出阳性率为16%;经过卫生清洁之后手卫生质量均可以达到合格要求。用肥皂流动水洗手后,吸烟者手卫生合格率达到100%,未检出大肠菌群。成品烟接装纸污染细菌超标率为8.0%,未检出大肠菌群;经吸烟者右手反复触摸卷烟过滤嘴30 s后,接装纸细菌污染超标率增加到32.0%,大肠菌群检出阳性率为8.0%。结论吸烟者手上细菌污染严重,烟接装纸经吸烟者手接触30 s污染明显增加,可能成为疾病传播潜在因素。
Objectives To understand the bacterial contamination of smoker’s hand and tobacco tipping paper in order to understand the health risks of bacterial contamination to smokers. Methods The cotton swab sampling method and direct take-up paper were used to carry out bacteriological tests on smoker’s hand and tipping paper. Results After 100 smoker’s hands were tested, the rate of bacterial contamination of smoker’s hand was 87% and the positive rate of coliform bacteria was 16%. The quality of hand hygiene after cleaning was satisfactory. Wash hands with soap mobile hand, smoker hand hygiene pass rate of 100%, did not detect coliform bacteria. Finished tobacco tipping paper contaminated bacteria exceeded the rate of 8.0%, did not detect coliform; smoked by the right hand repeated cigarette filter 30 s, the tipping paper bacterial contamination exceeded the rate increased to 32.0%, coliform positive The rate is 8.0%. Conclusion The bacteria in the hands of smokers was seriously polluted. The smoke tipping paper was significantly increased after 30-second smoker’s hand exposure, which may be a potential factor for disease transmission.
