对18组不同化学成份的试样加入含稀土硅铁的复合孕育剂的试验表明,稀土元素对可锻铸铁石墨化过程的影响有二重性。复合孕育剂各组份适当的配合可使(φ12毫米试样的)第一阶段石墨化缩短至3~5小时,第二阶段石墨化缩短到8小时。稀土硅铁加入量取决于可锻铸铁的碳硅总量及孕有剂的成份。
Tests on 18 groups of composite inoculant containing rare earth ferrosilicon with different chemical compositions showed that the influence of rare earth elements on the graphitization process of malleable cast iron has duality. The appropriate combination of components of compound inoculant can shorten the graphitization of the first stage (φ12 mm sample) to 3 to 5 hours, and shorten the graphitization to 8 hours in the second stage. The amount of rare earth ferrosilicon added depends on the total amount of carbon silicon and maternal ingredients of malleable iron.
