On the 1st, the Industrial Hall held a meeting of state-owned chemical enterprises in the province to discuss such issues as technical sophistication and planned production, and the meeting ended on the same day. The Department of Health published the autumn vaccination instructions, requiring the province to complete the vaccination task of 150,000 people, focusing on school-aged children and remote areas. The Department of Health sent people to rescue the endemic malaria in Tongshan County. Agriculture and Forestry Department held a meeting of the province’s specialty, by the Commissioner of Construction and directly under the head of cotton, tobacco, silkworm field and technical personnel to attend. On the 2nd Tai’an agency held a meeting of directors of food sub-reservoirs in each county to examine Xia Zheng and organize Xia Zheng’s warehousing work which lasted five days.
