目的观察中西医结合方案治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临床效果。方法 130例混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者,根据入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各65例。对照组采用西药消肿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药煎液熏洗治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果经过2周连续治疗,观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.8%,高于对照组的81.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西药常规消肿治疗基础上加用中医汤剂熏洗治疗混合痔后肛缘水肿,能显著提高治疗有效率,消肿效果确切,用药安全、方便,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of anal edema after mixed hemorrhoids operation. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with anal margin edema after hemorrhoid operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with western medicine, the observation group was treated with Chinese herb decoction fumigation on the basis of the control group, and the therapeutic effect was observed in both groups. Results After two weeks of continuous treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%, which was higher than that of the control group (81.5%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Based on conventional swelling treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, decoction of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for anal margin edema after mixing hemorrhoid can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and the exact effect of swelling. It is safe and convenient to use and is worthy of clinical application.
