Gas chromatography is a sample after vaporization, separation and detection technology, is now widely used in petrochemical, medical and health, biochemical and metallurgical industries and other fields. Therefore, it is proposed how to apply gas chromatography to compound analysis of various properties and categories. Especially in some samples containing high boiling point, strong polar groups of components or non-volatile components, the gas chromatography is more difficult to analyze directly. To this end, we are here to introduce some of the sample pretreatment methods to change the polarity of the sample, volatility or increase the sensitivity of the selective detector. In progress
