锌是机体必需的微量元素,参与机体的免疫功能。锌缺乏时,免疫功能受到影响。现将锌缺乏对细胞免疫和细胞因子影响的研究进展综述如下:1 锌缺乏对细胞免疫的影响 细胞免疫主要是指T淋巴细胞介导的免疫及其产生的淋巴因子对免疫应答的调节以及吞噬细胞的吞噬功能。锌缺乏对细胞免疫影响主要表现在对T细胞成熟分化及对抗原增殖反应的影响。
