目的研究食管癌端粒酶活性与临床相关性。方法测定了47例食管癌标本和20例正常食管组织的端粒酶活性。结果30例食管癌标本端粒酶活性阳性,约占83%。对照组20例正常食管组织,无1例阳性。邻近食管组织17例,3例阳性,约占176%。不同临床分期和癌分级所表现的端粒酶活性也不同。在所送检的淋巴结有转移的12例中,食管癌端粒酶活性均表现为阳性。结论食管癌病人有较高的端粒酶活性,端粒酶在食管癌发生、发展中起着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and clinical relevance in esophageal cancer. Methods The telomerase activities of 47 esophageal cancer specimens and 20 normal esophageal tissues were determined. Results The telomerase activity was positive in about 30 cases of esophageal cancer, accounting for about 83%. In the control group, there were 20 normal esophageal tissues and none was positive. Adjacent to esophageal tissue in 17 cases, 3 cases were positive, accounting for about 17.6%. Telomerase activity is also different in different clinical stages and cancer grades. Of the 12 cases with lymph node metastases examined, telomerase activity was positive in esophageal cancer. Conclusion Esophageal cancer patients have high telomerase activity, and telomerase plays an important role in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.
