Simultaneous Determination of Pefloxacin Mesylate Capsules by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. C18 column (Eclipse 4.6 × 150mm); mobile phase: 0.05mol / L citric acid-acetonitrile (82:18); detection wavelength 276nm; flow rate 1ml / min. The linear range was 8 ~ 48μg / mlr = 0.996 (n = 6). The average recovery was 99.8% with a RSD of 0.30%
