通过调查发现,当前高职院校学生党建工作存在党员发展工作机制不完善、党员队伍“增量”与“提质”矛盾日益明显、基层党组织作用有待加强等方面的问题。要转变观念、强化教育,坚持标准、严格程序,创新手段、延伸阵地,加强领导、组织保障,加强高职院校学生党建工作。
Through the investigation, it is found that there are some problems in the current party construction of students in higher vocational colleges, such as the imperfect mechanism of Party members’ development, the increasingly obvious contradiction between the party members “Increment ” and “improvement ” and the role of grass-roots party organizations to be strengthened. We must change our concepts, strengthen education, uphold standards, strict procedures, innovative means, extend positions, strengthen leadership, organize security, and strengthen the work of party building in higher vocational colleges.
