体验式教学设计是从教学理论和教学心理的视角出发,以完整精神与生命的成长为最终旨趣的一种内发创生式教学设计。主要研究了体验式教学的理论部分,并以此为依据,设计了包括目标系统、内容系统、过程系统、组织系统的体验式教学模式,并应用于重庆财经职业学院文秘专业的《秘书实务》课程。发现构建的体验式教学模式比较成功,基本实现了摒弃传统教学模式“以教师为中心”“以认知学习为主”“课堂静止”的弊端,将体验式教学理念、教学模式、创新型人才培养与新技术下的教学形式慕课、翻转课堂、微课融合,实现了技术与情感体验、工作体验的融合,学生整体塑造的目标。
Experiential teaching design is a kind of creative education design with the ultimate purpose of complete spirit and life growth from the perspective of teaching theory and teaching psychology. It mainly studies the theoretical part of experiential teaching and designs experiential teaching mode including target system, content system, process system and organization system on the basis of which, and applies it to the “secretarial practice” of secretary specialty of Chongqing Finance and Economics College course. Found that the construction of experiential teaching mode is more successful, the basic realization of the abandonment of the traditional teaching mode “teacher-centric ” “cognitive learning ” “classroom static ” shortcomings, the experiential teaching philosophy, Teaching mode, training of innovative talents and new forms of teaching under the guidance of new technology, MOC classes, flipping classrooms and micro classes, and achieving the goal of technology and emotional experience, integration of work experience and overall shaping of students.
