本文采用薄层色谱法对复智胶囊中的何首乌、黄芪、葛根和川芎进行鉴别；并用薄层扫描法对方中君药何首乌所含的大黄素进行了含量测定。结果表明，本法重现性好，专属性强，可作为本品的质控标准。
Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify F. multiflorum, Radix Astragali, Radix Puerariae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong in Fuzhi Capsules. The content of emodin in Radix Polygoni Multiflori was determined by TLC. The results show that this method has good reproducibility and strong specificity and can be used as the quality control standard for this product.
