[目的 ]探讨肌酐与比重校正尿液的效果。 [方法 ]检测 6 0名苯乙烯作业工人尿中苯乙醛酸、苯乙醇酸 ,通过对肌酐校正法与比重校正法的结果进行比较 ,探讨两种校正法的区别。 [结果 ]肌酐校正的变异系数小于比重校正 ,但在实际应用中苯乙烯接触剂量与尿中代谢物进行相关分析时 ,则比重校正的效果更好。 [结论 ]比重与肌酐校正各有优势 ,可以按实际情况具体采用
[Objective] To investigate the effect of creatinine and gravity correction urine. [Method] The urine phenylphosinic acid and mandelic acid in 60 styrene workers were detected. The differences between the two calibration methods were discussed by comparing the results of calibration of creatinine and gravity correction. [Result] The coefficient of variation of creatinine correction was less than the gravity correction. However, in the practical application, the correlation between the exposure dose of styrene and the metabolites in urine was better than the gravity correction. [Conclusion] Specific gravity and creatinine correction have their own advantages, which can be concretely adopted according to the actual situation
