例1 患者,33岁。孕2产1,停经48天时在某医院行人流术,术中情况不详。术后50余天月经未复潮,再次去该院行人流术,仍未吸刮出组织。查体:一般情况良,心肺正常,肝脾未触及。妇科检查:外阴、阴道、宫颈均未发现异常,宫体偏右,增大约6周孕,质中。左侧宫旁可及一包块,约13周孕,质软,血、尿常规,出凝血时,血小板均正常。尿乳胶试验阳性。B超“于耻上探及胎儿反射,已初具形态,双顶径2.8cm,可见胎心搏动及胎盘回声。”探针探查宫腔,宫深8cm,未发现异常。无组织剖出。入院后5日行剖腹探查术。术中见右侧为发育较完整的单角子宫,略大于正常。左侧为一妊娠子宫,增大如14周孕。圆形,肌壁极薄,其下方为一纤维状约3×2cm之蒂与正常子宫左侧壁下部连接,又见左侧圆韧
