我国一个新的钢铁基地——包头钢铁联合企业,正在加紧进行施工准备。一个巨大铁矿的勘探工作已基本上完成,正着手编制最后勘探的一个矿体的地质报告,准备提交生产部门。部分厂外工程也已开始建设,承担部分设计任务和全部建设任务的黑色冶金设计院工作组和鞍山钢铁建设公司,也已开始工作和在包头设立了筹备机构。包头钢铁公司的机构也正式建立起来,并进行了一系列的筹备工作。
A new steel base in our country, Baotou Iron and Steel Complex, is stepping up its construction preparations. A huge iron ore exploration work has been basically completed, is working on the final exploration of a geological report of the ore body, ready to submit to the production sector. Some of the off-site works have also started to be built, and the Black Metallurgical Design Institute Working Group and the Anshan Iron and Steel Construction Company, which undertake some design tasks and all construction tasks, have started their work and set up preparatory institutions in Baotou. Baotou Iron and Steel Company’s institutions have also been formally established and conducted a series of preparatory work.
