天津新港钢铁码头位于第三港池西岸,即二突堤东侧,全长359·49米,为二个万吨级深水泊位,采用高桩梁板结构型式。本码头在施工打桩过程中岸坡曾发生过较大的侧向变形,针对这种情况采取了加固措施。经1976年7月28日地震,加固后的岸坡并未发现有滑动迹象。遵照伟大领袖毛主席“要认真总结经验”的教导,现将该码头的岸坡突形情况及加固措施总结如下,以供大家参考。
Tianjin Xingang Steel and Ferry Terminal is located on the west bank of the third port basin, which is the east side of the Second Jetty. It has a total length of 359.49 meters, and is a two-ton deepwater berth with a high-pile beam slab structure. In the course of piling construction, this terminal has experienced large lateral deformation in the bank slope, and reinforcement measures have been taken in response to this situation. After the earthquake of July 28, 1976, no signs of slip were observed in the banked shore. Following the teachings of Chairman Mao, the great leader, “we should conscientiously sum up our experience,” we will summarize the bankruptcy of the pier and the reinforcement measures as follows for your reference.
