“跨国垃圾”是典型的国际环境非正义行为,围绕这一环境议题在媒介领域中产生了诸多立场迥异的话语。为了形成对该问题的清醒认识并找到切实的解决之道,本文采用环境正义的理论视角,以《人民日报》“跨国垃圾”相关报道为研究对象,全面梳理围绕该议题的话语演变,试图揭示某种话语在特定时期得以出现的深层动因。
Transnational Garbage is a typical unjust act of international environment. There are many different discourses in the field of media around this environmental issue. In order to form a clear understanding of this issue and find a practical solution, this article adopts the theoretical perspective of environmental justice and takes the relevant reports of “People’s Daily” and “Transnational Garbage” as the research object, and comprehensively combs the discourse evolution around this topic, Trying to reveal the deep motivation of certain discourse to appear in a certain period of time.
