目的探讨血液净化中心医院感染存在的相关因素,制定管理预防措施。方法通过对制度、工作人员、患者及家属、血液净化室、医疗废物等的管理及进行环境微生物学的监测,采取隔离措施。加强医护人员的自我防护。结果有效的控制了医院感染的发生,提高了医疗质量,保证了医护人员和患者的生命安全。结论加强净化室的管理和环境微生物学监测,是控制医院感染发生的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the related factors of nosocomial infection in blood purification center and to make management preventive measures. Methods Isolation measures were taken through the management of the system, staff, patients and their families, blood purification rooms, medical waste and the monitoring of environmental microbiology. Strengthen medical staff’s self-protection. The results effectively control the occurrence of nosocomial infections, improve the quality of medical care and ensure the safety of health care workers and patients. Conclusion Strengthening the management of clean room and environmental microbiology monitoring is an effective measure to control the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
