制作Cerec嵌体多采用烤瓷或玻璃陶瓷,尽管这些材料可能用于代替汞合金,但有关这些材料的耐磨性的报道很少。本文的目的就是通过体外磨损试验测定了几种陶瓷修复体的磨耗量;评价了这些材料对对颌牙釉质尖的磨耗性及所用复合树脂粘固剂的磨耗性能。 本试验所用材料有4组:Dicor MGC玻璃陶瓷;Cerec Vita MKI型传统的粗烤瓷;Cerec Vita MK Ⅱ
Cerec inlays are mostly made of porcelain or glass ceramics. Although these materials may be used in place of amalgams, there are few reports on their wear resistance. The purpose of this paper is to determine the wear of several ceramic restorations by an in vitro wear test. The wear of these materials on the maxillary enamel tips and the wear properties of the composite resin cement used are evaluated. The material used in this experiment has four groups: Dicor MGC glass ceramic; Cerec Vita MKI traditional coarse porcelain; Cerec Vita MK II
