目的:掌握基层医院的学科建设的发展规律,更好地为加快医院发展服务。方法:通过医院学科建设的实际发展情况,参阅发展过程中的结果。通过对马鞍山市传染病医院当前学科建设中现状及存在的问题,做必要的探讨。结果:马鞍山市传染病医院学科建设中发现有些项目操之过急和拔苗助长现象,反而欲速而不达。结论:基层医院的学科建设不能操之过急,要根据社会发展的实际情况而制订科学严谨符合现代客观事实的计划,本着为病人服务的宗旨,才能做到可持续性发展。
Objective: To grasp the disciplinary development of primary hospital, to better serve the hospital development. Methods: Through the actual development of hospital discipline construction, refer to the results of the development process. Through the status quo and existing problems in the current discipline construction of Infectious Disease Hospital in Ma’anshan City, the necessary discussion is made. Results: Ma On Shan City Infectious Diseases Hospital discipline found that some projects are too hasty and destructive to promote the phenomenon, but hurry but not up. Conclusion: The disciplinary construction of primary hospitals should not be over-developed. It is necessary to formulate a scientific and rigorous plan that meets the objective reality of the society according to the actual conditions of social development. Only in the spirit of serving the patients can we achieve sustainable development.
