目的:对中草药一口红进行生药鉴别。方法:从一口红的性状特征、茎和叶组织结构的显微特征等方面进行鉴别研究,并用TLC法对一口红的主成分熊果酸进行定性鉴别。结果:一口红叶的栅栏细胞2列,不通过主脉;木质部、韧皮部外纤维几乎连成环;一口红茎的皮层中间有石细胞和纤维组成的环带;髓部细胞壁稍厚;TLC图中一口红的熊果酸斑点明显。结论:上述特征为进一步研究和开发一口红提供了鉴别依据。
Objective: To identify the crude drug of Chinese herbal medicine lipstick. METHODS: Identification studies were conducted on the characteristics of lipstick, the microscopic characteristics of stem and leaf tissue structures, and qualitative identification of ursolic acid, the main component of a lipstick, was performed by TLC. Results: There were 2 rows of palisade cells in one red leaf, which did not pass through the main vein; the fibers in xylem and phloem were almost evenly looped; the ring of stone cells and fibers was in the middle of the cortex of a red stem; the cell wall in the pith was slightly thick; A red ursolic acid spot is evident. Conclusion: The above characteristics provide the basis for further research and development of a lipstick.
