当前,经济活动中出现了大量有关法律方面的问题和纠纷,并呈逐步上升之势。重视和加强对这方面问题的研究,不仅有助于宏观调控措施的全面实施,维护经济秩序和社会秩序的稳定,而且有助于深入贯彻党的十四届三中全会精神,促进社会主义市场经济的健康发展。 从目前了解的情况看,在经济活动中已经发生还可能大量发生的有关法律方面的纠纷和问题,主要可以归纳为五个方面:
