世纪之交,我省城乡居民生活的质量是各级领导和普通百姓普遍关心的问题。根据省城调队和省农调队居民家庭抽样调查资料显示:今年以来,我省居民收入与支出均呈增长态势。1—9月累计全省城镇居民人均可支配收入达3873.75元,比上年同期增长11.04%,生活消费支出3114.22元,比上年同期增长7.59%;农牧民人均现金收入(扣除储蓄借贷)为634.88元,比上年同期增长9.41%,生活消费支出人均508.74元,同比增长23.77%。而今年1—9月我省居民消费价格总
