脑瘤和垂体瘤放疗不但可以引起脑,而且也可以引起颅外软组织的反应。鉴于过去的报告多注重放射对脑组织的作用而忽略了对软组织的作用,作者研究了颅外软组织合并症与照射剂量,照射野大小以及每分割大小的关系。作者自1977、7至1978.8对接受照射4000拉德以上和随访4个月以上共199例原发脑瘤和垂体瘤的颅外软组织反应进行了研究。治疗方法:对多形胶质母细胞瘤5000-6000拉德全脑照射,对低度分化星形细胞瘤采用局部野5000-6000拉德,垂体瘤采用小野5000-5500拉德。所用的分割为每次180-200拉德。治疗后40%病人出现完全脱发,21%有其他的软组织合并症(包括头皮肿胀、外耳炎、中耳炎等)。
Brain tumor and pituitary tumor radiotherapy can not only cause brain, but also can cause extracranial soft tissue reaction. Since past reports focused more on the effects of radiation on brain tissue and neglected the effects on soft tissue, the authors studied the relationship between extracranial soft tissue comorbidity and irradiation dose, field size, and size per segment. The authors studied the extracranial soft tissue response of 199 primary brain tumors and pituitary tumors from 1977 to 1978, with exposure of more than 4 000 rad and over 4 months of follow-up. Treatment: glioblastoma 5000-6000 Rads whole brain irradiation, low-grade astrocytoma using local field 5000-6000 rad, pituitary tumor using Ono 5000-5500 rad. The division used is 180-200 rads per time. After treatment 40% of patients had complete alopecia, 21% had other soft tissue complications (including scalp swelling, otitis media, otitis media, etc.).
