煤矿采煤过程中会产生大量的粉尘,二次负压降尘器是一种通过高速喷射水雾,利用水雾活塞原理,形成负压,并达到卷吸粉尘净化的高效降尘装置。笔者基于流体力学理论,利用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT,对二次负压喷雾器进行了数值模拟仿真分析,得出了出口压力与渐扩管扩散角度的关系;扩散管长度一定时,随着扩散半角从0°增加到70°,出口端面处的负压由中心向边缘逐渐减弱,转换为由中心向边缘逐渐增强,而边缘处的负压越强,越有利于卷吸周围的粉尘。
