RGBHV信号矩阵切换器在大型的系统工程中是一个非常重要的设备,但矩阵规模的增大给使用、维护以及维修都带来很大的不便,本文以64×64矩阵为例介绍了一种采用分体结构的设计方法。该设计将系统分为5个箱体,以LM3S6911单片机为主控制器、AT89S52单片机为从控制器,采用专业视频切换芯片ISL59532,实现了64×64RGBHV视频矩阵的灵活切换,并实现了3种切换控制方式。实验证明该视频矩阵切换器操作方便、性能稳定、性价比高。
RGBHV signal matrix switcher is a very important equipment in large-scale system engineering. However, the increase of matrix size brings great inconvenience to use, maintain and repair. In this paper, we introduce a 64 × 64 matrix as an example The use of split structure design. The design of the system is divided into five boxes to LM3S6911 microcontroller-based controller, AT89S52 microcontroller from the controller, using a professional video switching chip ISL59532, 64 × 64RGBHV video matrix to achieve a flexible switch, and to achieve the three kinds of switching control method. Experiments show that the video matrix switcher is easy to operate, stable performance and high cost performance.
