为促进海峡两岸经济的进一步发展,两岸经几番商榷洽谈,签订了海峡两岸经济合作框架协议,即ECFA协议。ECFA协议实施以来,对大陆及台湾地区经济都产生了很大积极影响,促进了两岸的经济交流,推动了大陆新的经济区域的建立。由于政治等因素,该协议在实施过程中势必存有隔阂,阻碍了双方的经济发展,出现了一些贸易争端,从而给大陆经济带来一定的风险。为使海峡两岸经济能够更好地发展,必须采取相应的策略消除障碍。
In order to promote further economic development across the Taiwan Strait, the two sides of the Strait have negotiated for several times and signed the framework agreement on economic cooperation across the Taiwan Strait, the ECFA. Since the implementation of the ECFA agreement, it has had a great positive impact on the economy of both the mainland and Taiwan, promoted cross-Strait economic exchanges and promoted the establishment of a new economic zone in the Mainland. Due to factors such as politics, the agreement is bound to have barriers in the process of implementation, hindering the economic development of both sides and some trade disputes have emerged, thereby bringing certain risks to the mainland economy. In order to make the economy across the Taiwan Strait a better one, strategies must be taken to remove the obstacles.
