本文用单向琼脂扩散法测定了乡镇企业土法炼硫污染区182名和对照区193名小学生唾液SlgA含量,污染区的几何均数为55.20μg/ml,对照区为63.75μg/ml,两者有极显著性差异(p<0.01),年龄分组分析结果表明,污染区低年龄组儿童唾液SIgA受影响更大。唾液SIgA的测定可作为环境健康影响调查中一项简单易行的免疫指标。
In this paper, the saliva SlgA content in saliva of 182 primary schools and 193 primary school students in township and village enterprises was determined by one-way agar diffusion method. The geometric mean of contaminated area was 55.20μg / ml and the control area was 63.75μg / ml, both (P <0.01). Analysis of age groups showed that salivary SIgA was more affected in children of low age group in contaminated area. The measurement of salivary SIgA can be used as a simple and easy indicator of immunity in the investigation of environmental health effects.
