青芳素是近年来我国首先从中草药黄花蒿(Artemisia AnnuaL.)中提取出来的新型抗疟药。实验证明,青蒿素对红内期疟原虫有强大的杀灭作用,其特点为:血内原虫消失较其它抗疟药如氯喹等为快;疗后血内原虫复燃率较高。为了进一步探索青蒿素的抗疟作用及与机体免疫功能的关系,我们从小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞在体内外的吞噬作用及溶酶体酸性磷酸酶活性的变化两个方面,探讨了青蒿素对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响。
Green peony is the first anti-malarial drug in China extracted from Artemisia annua L. in recent years. Experiments show that artemisinin has a strong killing effect on the red-phase Plasmodium, which is characterized by: disappearance of protozoan blood than other anti-malarial drugs such as chloroquine and other fast; after treatment of protozoal proton resurgence rate higher. In order to further explore the anti-malarial effect of artemisinin and its relationship with immune function, we investigated the effect of artemisinin on phagocytosis of murine peritoneal macrophages in vivo and in vitro and changes in lysosomal acid phosphatase activity On mouse peritoneal macrophage function.
