在早期的下套管完井中,各种各样的套管补贴技术用来修补井下环形空间的漏洞。早期的套管补贴作业具有局限性,操作者在完井过程中需用较小直径的管柱把补贴管下部的大直径工具下入到井下。在补贴管自身的压力密封方面,目前套管补贴的设计还很薄弱。利用膨胀管技术优势设计出一个新的套管补贴系统,该系统允许使用尺寸更合适的完井管柱。另外,在设计和试验阶段,开发出了满足油管或套管(补贴管安装在其内部)压力密封要求的补贴管。文章将主要探讨高压、大通径膨胀套管补贴系统,从早期的客户合同到设计试验和研发测试过程。补贴管系统已在得克萨斯州的狭长地区至怀俄明州的油田上使用。
In early casing completions, a variety of casing subsidies were used to repair holes in the downhole annulus. Earlier casing subsidies have limitations and operators need to use smaller diameter pipe columns to drill large diameter tools under the subsidized pipe downhole during completion. In the subsidy tube itself, the pressure seal, the design of casing subsidies is still very weak. A new casing subsidy system is designed with the advantage of expansion tube technology, which allows for the use of well-fitted strings that are more dimensionally suitable. In addition, during the design and testing phases, subsidized pipes were developed to meet the pressure seal requirements of tubing or casing where the casing is installed. The article will focus on high pressure, large diameter expansion casing subsidy system, from early customer contracts to design testing and R & D testing process. Subsidy pipe systems have been used in the oil fields in the narrow Texas to Wyoming.
