目前,在幼儿园里,保育员的文化知识、专业知识和技能水平相对较低,不少保育员把自己的工作职责简单地理解为搞好班级卫生,照顾好孩子的吃喝拉撒睡。因此,不少保育员在工作中“重保轻教”,注重对孩子的身体照顾,缺少对幼儿心理的关注;注重环境卫生,忽视环境对幼儿的教育作用,缺少主动配合教师教育的意识和行为。笔者认为保育员应当从以下几方面来审视和反思自己的工作。
At present, in kindergartens, nursery students have relatively low levels of cultural knowledge, professional knowledge and skills. Many nurserralers simply interpret their job responsibilities as class health and take good care of their children to eat and drink. Therefore, many nursery workers in the work of “re-insuring light”, focusing on the physical care of children, lack of concern for young children’s psychological; pay attention to environmental health, neglect of the environment for young children’s educational role, lack of initiative to cooperate with teacher education and awareness behavior. The author believes that nurses should examine and reflect on their own work from the following aspects.
