“促进教育公平”、“推行教育均衡发展”是我国教育工作者的共识和追求。教育的不均衡,在学前阶段尤为突出。我市提出了“尊重差异、分层提升、协同发展”的思路,通过实施结对发展共同体、《指南》实验协作园、“1﹢3”网络论坛等策略,指导帮扶民办园提高办园品质。旨在让每一所幼儿园办出特色和水平,让每一个孩子都享受到优质的教育从而健康成长。一、当前民办园存在的误区
