中国特色社会主义政治经济学是“中国版”的马克思主义政治经济学,主题是构建中国体系,总结中国经验,指导中国的建设和发展。目前,政治经济学处于“被边缘化”与“自边缘化”的弱势地位,然而,中国三十多年的改革实践、“中国模式和中国道路”的探索、深化体制改革和经济新常态,不仅为构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学提供了丰富的素材,还为其提供了良好的契机。必须坚持马克思主义政治经济学的指导地位,必须坚持反映马克思主义政治经济学的一般规律,必须坚持汲取西方经济学合理的科学理论,必须坚持反映中国特色社会主义经济建设的生动实践为基本原则,实现学科从“实践到理论、碎片到系统、边缘到主流、本土到国际”的四大转变。基于此本文提出了构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学的新框架。
