目的观察电针加牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物(恩再适)华佗夹脊穴穴位注射治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法选取带状疱疹患者72例,病程2d~4个月。随机将患者分为观察组及对照组,每组36例。两组在常规治疗的基础上,均给予夹脊穴电针治疗,观察组再加恩再适华佗夹脊穴穴位注射治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高,患者疼痛持续时间短,后遗神经痛发生率低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针加恩再适华佗夹脊穴穴位注射治疗带状疱疹临床效果好。
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture plus vaccinia vaccine induced inflammation rabbit skin extract (grace again) Huatuo Jiaji point acupuncture treatment of shingles. Methods 72 cases of herpes zoster patients selected, duration of 2d ~ 4 months. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupuncture point on the basis of conventional treatment. The acupuncture points of Jiaji acupoint were treated with acupuncture plus Jiaji acupoint in observation group. Observation of two groups treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of the observation group, patients with short duration of pain, the incidence of post-nociceptive neuralgia is low, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Electro-acupuncture plus enoxaparin and Jiaji acupoint injection in the treatment of shingles clinical effect is good.
