本文详细地介绍了一种新产品——B_(95)铝合金钻探管——试制过程和经验。这种新产品投入生产后,可节约大量贵重的合金钢材,并使钻探工程之劳动生产率提高15~20%;钻孔成本降低将近10%,钻孔时间缩短17~25%,使3000米的钻探杆重量降低1/3,这样就可大大地降低全部设备的重量及其造价。文中介绍了铸锭加热——管坯挤压——热处理——校直、精整等各工序中的主要工艺参数,同时也说明了该产品的机械性能及其试验方法。介绍了设备的计算和选择,以及在各种工艺过程中所使用的主要设备的技术特性和挤压工具的设计。
This article describes in detail a new product - B_ (95) aluminum alloy drilling pipe - trial production process and experience. When this new product is put into production, it can save a lot of valuable alloy steel and increase the productivity of drilling engineering by 15 to 20%. The drilling cost is reduced by nearly 10% and the drilling time is shortened by 17-25% Drill rod weight reduced by 1/3, so that can greatly reduce the weight of all equipment and its cost. This paper introduces the main process parameters of ingot heating - tube extrusion - heat treatment - straightening, finishing and other processes, but also shows the mechanical properties of the product and its test methods. The calculation and selection of equipment are introduced as well as the technical characteristics of the main equipment used in the various processes and the design of the extrusion tools.
